Internationally Renowned Chef Transforms Dining at The Sinclair

As a part of our multi-million dollar renovation under new management and ownership, The Sinclair is redefining senior dining as an art form. 

We are thrilled to have Chef Dan Lopez on our culinary team as the Director of Culinary Arts. Chef Lopez has spent six months creating one of the region’s most ambitious and elevated senior dining programs at The Sinclair. He is an internationally renowned chef with an extraordinary resume, overseeing dining operations for the 2008 Olympics and cooking for dignitaries and presidents.
